Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Civil Engineering Design Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in translating civil engineering concepts into detailed designs and plans that meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

About the Role:

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and experienced Civil Drafter to take on new challenges and contribute to the success of our organization. You will be responsible for preparing detailed drawings and plans for civil engineering projects using CAD software, collaborating with engineers and architects to understand project requirements, and ensuring all drawings and specifications meet industry standards and project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare detailed drawings and plans for civil engineering projects using CAD software
  • Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and provide technical solutions
  • Ensure all drawings and specifications meet industry standards and project objectives
  • Assist in the review of project specifications, design changes, and project schedules
  • Participate actively in project meetings and coordinate with the construction team as needed

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Civil Drafting, CAD technology, or a related field
  • Proven experience as a Civil Drafter in a construction or engineering firm
  • Proficiency in CAD software and understanding of engineering and construction terminology
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
