The Role

We seek an experienced Solicitor with strong leadership skills to join our impressive and highly regarded Commercial and Government Projects team. The ideal candidate has 1-3 years PAE in legal roles, preferably with experience in government transactions, procurement, and commercial matters.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Strategic major project work for Australian Government;
  • General commercial and contract advisory work;
  • Preparing and reviewing approach to market documentation and contracts;
  • Advising on all stages of the procurement lifecycle – design, tender evaluations, negotiations, and contract management.
