About the Role

This corporate lawyer position in our Mergers & Acquisitions and Capital Markets team will provide you with exposure to complex transactions in the market.

  • You will be involved in public and private M&A, private equity, equity capital markets, and corporate advisory work
  • Deliver successful outcomes in M&A for leading companies and financial sponsors worldwide
  • Gain exposure across various sectors including energy, infrastructure, financial services, health, mining, media, technology, and retail
