About This Role

We're seeking a skilled professional to drive employee onboarding, development and retention within our teams. As a Learning Facilitator, you'll create engaging face-to-face inductions and accredited training that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-quality training sessions that exceed expectations
  • Record and track participant progress in the learning hub
  • Provide real-time feedback to enhance candidate growth
Requirements
  • Hold a certified TCI Trainer qualification (mandatory)
  • Possess Cert IV TAE or be currently studying
  • Demonstrate excellent group facilitation and communication skills
  • Show willingness to travel within NSW for training engagements
  • Cultivate strong feedback, problem-solving, and continuous improvement capabilities
