Role Overview

The Customer Experience Specialist is a key position within our organization, responsible for ensuring that our customers receive an exceptional experience. This role plays a vital part in the company's growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver outstanding customer experiences by greeting customers on delivery day and ensuring their expectations are met.
  • Educate customers on vehicle features and functions to enhance their overall ownership experience.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Leader to optimize delivery operations and ensure seamless customer interactions.
  • Coordinate vehicle preparation, host delivery appointments, and provide new owner orientations tailored to individual customer needs.
  • Demonstrate expertise on all products and services offered, including local incentives for electric vehicle owners.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the vehicle readiness team to conduct final inspections before vehicle delivery.
  • Provide constructive feedback to enhance departmental efficiency and promote improvements across the organization.
  • Facilitate communication between internal and external teams to ensure smooth delivery day operations.
  • Utilize customer-centric skills to address concerns with professionalism and empathy.
  • Identify and resolve customer objections and obstacles, including charging and education.
  • Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with accounting standards and revenue recognition requirements.
  • Update CRM systems promptly to maintain accurate and timely delivery information.
  • Promote ideas to enhance the delivery experience and improve back-end processes.
