Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate records of executive schedules, appointments, and commitments
- Arrange domestic and international travel, including booking flights and accommodation, as well as making travel arrangements
- Process expenses in a timely manner, adhering to firm deadlines
- Schedule meetings and events, including catering and meeting room reservations
- Assist with event management coordination and logistics
- Prepare and edit documents, including proofreading and formatting
Requirements:
- Australian citizenship
- Minimum 2+ years of work experience in an administrative role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and Microsoft Outlook
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with senior management and clients
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
