As a Gym and Fitness Attendant, you will contribute to the coordination of daily operations and design, implement, and deliver exercise prescription services for gym members and patrons.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the coordination of daily operations in our Gyms and Sports Courts;
  • Support the design, implementation, and delivery of exercise prescription services;
  • Assist in facilitating internal programs operating out of our Sport and Fitness department; and
  • Provide a safe, clean, and maintained training environment for all users and staff.
Requirements
  • Completion of an associate diploma level qualification with relevant work-related experience or an alternate combination of knowledge, training, and experience;
  • Experience with exercise program design and delivery;
  • Excellent client service skills with the ability to motivate and encourage clients;
  • Completion of First aid and CPR qualifications; and
  • Possession of a Blue Card (Working with Children Check).
