We are excited to announce that we have newly created opportunities in our Transformation Practice's Defence team, located in Canberra. As a client-facing consultant, you'll play a crucial role in providing the best possible advice, services and support to help our Defence clients achieve their primary role of defending Australia and its national interests, promoting security and stability, and supporting the Australian community as directed by the Government.

We are looking for passionate individuals with diverse backgrounds who can bring new perspectives to support our clients to address critical challenges.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of business strategy and operations, combined with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will also be expected to develop and execute long-term business plans, drive business growth through strong client relationships and performance, and mentor and develop team members for leadership roles.
