About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to translate business needs into clear, actionable system requirements. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and the ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.

The successful candidate will provide system administration and support across finance and payroll systems, ensuring reliability, data integration, and performance.

This role requires a strong understanding of finance and HR/payroll systems, as well as experience in systems implementation projects.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about driving continuous improvement and supporting strategic system transformation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide system administration and support across finance and payroll systems.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document detailed future-state system and business requirements.
  • Act as a central reference and information source, providing expert guidance and assistance in the system selection and project decision-making process.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree (AQF Level 7) in Information Technology or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting core finance, HR, and/or payroll systems.
  • Experience in systems implementation projects, particularly those involving transitions from external support to internal management.

Favorable Conditions

  • Masters degree in Technology or related field.
  • Familiarity with CiAnywhere or similar systems.
