Job Summary

We are seeking an OHS Consultant to join our team in Victoria, supporting our growth strategy and delivering high-quality services to our clients. As an OHS Consultant, you will work closely with our clients, facilitating health and safety discovery sessions, implementing recommended improvements, and leading health and safety audits and reviews.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the development and roll-out of our growth strategy in Victoria, working closely with the General Manager and Senior Consultants.
  • Facilitate health and safety discovery sessions with clients, implementing recommended improvements and ensuring successful project delivery.
  • Work in-house at client sites, supporting them in-person to build their OHS Program and strengthen their OHS processes and practices.
  • Lead health and safety audits/reviews and other safety-specific projects, maintaining strong relationships with clients at every level.
Requirements
  • Tertiary qualification in workplace safety, or equivalent experience in consulting environments or management roles.
  • 3-4 years' experience in consulting environments or management roles, with a keen interest in collaborating with consulting professionals to deliver high-quality services.
  • Highly proficient English writing skills, with experience preparing professional, client-ready proposals, audit/review reports, and other technical safety communications.
  • Ability to manage multiple customers and projects, balancing client requirements and requests with agreed project scope and budgets.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to changes in the work environment, with a full driver's license and access to a vehicle.
Desirable Skills and Experience
  • Professional experience working with ISO 45001.
  • Membership with AIHS or AIOH.
  • Lead Auditor accreditation.
  • Certificate IV TAE.
