- Collaborate with clients and project engineers to understand and define project requirements.
- Plan, specify, and manage site investigations and laboratory testing programs.
- Develop site safety management plans and ensure compliance during investigation works.
- Analyse field and laboratory data to provide accurate geotechnical analyses.
- Prepare detailed geotechnical reports and contribute to the development of client relationships.

Requirements- A recognised tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering and eligibility for Chartership with Engineers Australia (or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of geotechnical engineering design and industry-standard software such as LPile, Plaxis, and AutoCAD.
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in geotechnical design and construction, with a focus on large infrastructure or buildings projects.
- Excellent planning, organisation, and communication skills, with the ability to deliver solutions under limited supervision.
- A proactive and client-focused attitude, with the ability to foster positive relationships and support team development.
