Dispute Resolution Advocate

We are seeking an experienced and skilled lawyer to join our Dispute Resolution team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for managing and resolving complex disputes on behalf of our clients.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in dispute resolution, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. They will also possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and resolve complex disputes on behalf of clients
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to achieve client objectives
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis to inform dispute resolution decisions
  • Negotiate with opposing parties to reach mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Represent clients in court or other dispute resolution forums as required

What You Will Need:

  • Admitted as a legal practitioner in Victoria
