About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager plays a critical role in leading the store team to deliver positive customer experiences and drive financial performance. Key responsibilities include implementing store strategies, managing day-to-day activities, evaluating operational tactics, and allocating and managing store operational responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive high performance. They must also be committed to delivering positive customer experiences, optimizing productivity, and adapting to new ways of operating.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement store strategies and manage day-to-day activities
  • Evaluate operational tactics and adapt as needed to drive high performance
  • Allocate and manage store operational responsibilities and activities
  • Lead, empower, coach, and develop the store team to build organizational capability

Requirements
  • Retail management experience with demonstrated ability to lead a large retail team
  • Demonstrated skill in evaluating and adapting operational tactics as needed
  • Strong commitment to delivering positive customer experiences
  • Computer skills with ability to analyze data to highlight opportunities
  • Experience in development and coaching to build organizational capability
  • A strong mix of business and people management skills
  • Proven ability to drive and exceed results
