Job Title: Senior Educator

Role Summary:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to deliver high-quality education programs in a safe and inclusive learning environment for children.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a secure environment for children, families, and colleagues.
  • Effectively lead a classroom by engaging with educators, families, and children to implement the educational program.
  • Utilise and implement evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality education programs in collaboration with the Education Leader.
  • Comply with National Quality Standards (NQS) and relevant policies, procedures, and requirements.
  • Contribute positively to delivering centre and business plans.
Requirements:
  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
  • Support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
  • Pursue and share best practice examples to enhance the education program.
