Senior Educator Role

As a Senior Educator, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality education programs that make a meaningful difference in the lives of young children.

The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to providing exceptional educational experiences, fostering a safe and inclusive environment, and collaborating with educators and families to achieve outstanding outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for children, families, and team members.
  • Develop and implement effective educational programs that cater to diverse learning needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based practices to deliver high-quality education programs, adhering to National Quality Standards (NQS) and organizational policies.
  • Contribute positively to delivering the Centre and business plans, demonstrating expertise and professionalism.

You'll need:

  • Diploma of Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and NQS.
  • Ability to support a culture of reflective practice and continuous improvement.
