Job Description:

A skilled Salesforce Administrator is required to oversee the Salesforce platform, ensuring seamless operations and optimal performance.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing user accounts and profiles, as well as driving administrative functions including report building and dashboards, workflows, and day-to-day system maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Building reports and dashboards using Lightning
  • Driving all Salesforce administrative functions
  • User account and profile management

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong understanding of Service Cloud
  • Experience with Automation Workflows, Visual Flows, and Process Builder
  • Ability to build custom objects, formula fields, triggers, custom views, reports, and dashboards using Lightning
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a Salesforce CRM Administration/support/configuration role
