You will play a crucial role in our industry-leading business by safely operating machinery to support the efficient processing and transformation of scrap metal into valuable resources.

Reporting directly to the Yard Manager, you will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, skip bins, and trailers, while ensuring customers receive exceptional service and attention to detail.

You will also operate equipment, including forklifts and excavators (where licensed), and be accountable for grading and sorting materials according to established standards.

A key aspect of this role is the demonstration of personal responsibility for and commitment to occupational health and safety policies and procedures.

We are seeking individuals who possess a strong can-do attitude, are willing to learn and adapt, and demonstrate excellent attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.
