About the Role
This outstanding opportunity requires an engaging, people-focused leader to drive a fun, positive, and safe culture in-store. The successful applicant will bring an impressive track record of achievement in retail management, demonstrating a highly engaging and collaborative style to motivate a high-performing team.

As a Store Business Manager, you will inspire your team to deliver an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. You will develop a strong understanding of your store team and provide coaching and development opportunities to set them up for success, including training and coaching in safety and leading from the front on workplace health and safety.

Ensuring the operation of your store is managed effectively to deliver outstanding results, you will maximize sales and profit earnings while maintaining expense levels according to plan.

About You
To succeed in this role, you will bring with you:
  • Previous experience in a senior retail management role, leading a large successful team.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Flexible availability across our span of hours.
  • A strong understanding of various Retail Operations.
  • Previous experience working to Key Performance Indicators and budgets.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated people leadership and safety management.
