About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Manager to lead our procurement, inventory management, and supply chain functions across all sites and vessels.

This is a critical role in enhancing the guest experience by driving financial value and ensuring alignment with operational needs while fostering relationships with suppliers to optimise costs and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily purchasing and procurement activities across all sites and vessels.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels through effective inventory management.
  • Analyse inventory data to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and pricing structures to secure the best value.
  • Ensure accurate reporting and budget adherence while maintaining stock integrity across the organisation.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or inventory management to effectively oversee day-to-day operations.
  • Strong financial skills for effective management of budgets, pricing, and supplier contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to leverage supplier agreements and maximise rebate structures.
  • Strong analytical and reporting abilities to monitor stock levels and inform strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in stock management systems, preferably Revel or similar, alongside excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Relevant qualification in business/logistics/supply chain management or equivalent experience.
