Main Responsibilities- Deliver comprehensive psychosocial assessments for oncology inpatients
- Lead collaborative discharge planning with multidisciplinary teams
- Provide support to patients, families, and carers during treatment and recovery
- Degree in Social Work or relevant field
- Current or eligible registration with AASW
- Strong skills in discharge planning, assessments, and patient support
- Fully vaccinated against COVID-19, including booster shots
