This role requires a skilled and safety-minded individual to operate forklifts and manage warehouse equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe movement, storage, and preparation of equipment in a busy warehouse environment.

About the Role

The Warehouse Equipment Technician will be responsible for:

  • Operating forklifts and material handling equipment safely and efficiently
  • Loading and unloading vehicles, preparing gear for jobs, and conducting pre-start checks
  • Assisting with receiving, storing, and dispatching production equipment
  • Maintaining the warehouse in a tidy, organized state and supporting stock control

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A valid LF forklift license (essential)
  • 5+ years' experience in a busy warehouse/logistics environment
  • A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
  • The ability to work reliably and punctually, with physical capability for manual handling
  • A team player attitude with a proactive approach
