Job Title:

Software Test Analyst

Job Summary:

CloudMarc is seeking a skilled Salesforce Test Analyst to perform end-to-end testing of complex integrations and ensure quality delivery across integration landscapes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive testing of Salesforce Service Cloud, including case management workflows and AI-driven features.
  • Conduct System Testing, SIT, and coordinate UAT activities.
  • Execute regression testing and manage defects using PractiTest and Jira.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure test coverage and quality outcomes.
  • Work effectively in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
  • Strong background in functional testing and integration testing.
  • Proficiency with PractiTest and Jira for defect tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator and ISTQB Certified highly regarded.
