The successful candidate will work closely with our development and data engineering teams to enhance the platform, troubleshoot data issues, and build support tools. Key responsibilities include:
- Monitoring support inboxes and responding to customer requests via email.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical issues.
- Developing and maintaining knowledge bases and documentation to support customer success.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) in English.
- Experience with project/incident management tools like Jira or HelpScout.
- Strong data entry & spreadsheet skills (Excel, Google Sheets).
- Ability to triage and prioritize incoming requests efficiently.
- Comfort interacting with customers, primarily via email.
