Role Overview

This role requires a creative and experienced professional to oversee video content production, blending artistic vision with commercial insight.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the production process, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality video projects.
  • Develop and manage production schedules and budgets, guaranteeing successful project execution.
  • Coordinate with internal and external teams to set up projects for success.
  • Oversee post-production, ensuring final products meet creative and client requirements.
  • Provide final approvals on edits, maintaining quality control before delivering the final video.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Director and clients to develop and refine video concepts.
  • Maintain the creative vision throughout production, delivering exceptional videos that exceed client expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and keeping them informed on project progress.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a producer role is required.
  • Strong creative vision and deep industry knowledge are essential.
  • Excellent leadership and concept development skills are necessary.
  • Proven track record in meeting deadlines and managing teams is crucial.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are vital in a fast-paced environment.
