A new Video Content Production position has been created and we want you to fill it and own it.

The Video Content Production will manage the pre-production, production, and post-production process of a video, including planning, developing, shooting, and editing TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, webinars, and podcasts.

Create exciting and engaging social media content from videos, podcasts, or webinars across our range of channels including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Recording social media content such as videos and sound projects.
  2. Planning, developing, and shooting videos/sound content from start to finish.
  3. Organizing and editing the raw media (footage and sound files).
  4. Complementing and enhancing the content with sound design.
  5. Adding music, voice-overs, and SFX to video content.
  6. Engaging and capturing talent in a dynamic way.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

  1. Solid understanding of social platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
  2. Able to take complete ownership of content creation from start to finish.
  3. Ability to work with a mix of new and experienced content creatives.
  4. Experience with producing and recording podcasts/webinars and post-production.
  5. Experience with filming and editing TikTok/Reels.
  6. Experience with filming YouTube (long and short format) and YouTube Shorts.
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
  9. Ability to implement new ideas and use trending sounds to capture audiences.
