Job Description: Senior Consultant - Health

Salary: AUD $120,000 - AUD $180,000 per annum

In this role, you will broaden and deepen your consulting skills, work on complex projects, and take ownership of specific project domains or work streams. You will lead client consultations, build project coordination capability, and support junior consultants' development.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of prior work experience in a professional environment related to our sectors and capability areas. Familiarity with the WA health system, ideally with a relevant qualification in healthcare and/or management, is highly desirable. Strong analytical skills, problem-solving ability, and logical thinking are essential for success in this role.

About the Role
  • Take ownership of specific project domains or work streams and deliver them to a high standard.
  • Lead client consultations and other client engagements.
  • Undertake project coordination activities on small to medium-sized projects, building on your project management capability.
  • Develop strong, well-crafted deliverables to convey key messages to clients in an influential way.
  • Take an active role in client development by coordinating client or sector teams, contributing to pursuits, and identifying opportunities for future client engagements.
  • Provide exceptional support to Project Directors and Managers, particularly on large projects.
  • Stay across latest news and developments in the industry to inform client discussions and work.
  • Support, guide, and develop others on projects and in buddy roles.

Requirements
  • 2+ years prior work experience in a professional environment related to our sectors and capability areas.
  • Familiarity with the WA health system, ideally with a relevant qualification in healthcare and/or management.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem-solving ability applied in a structured and creative way.
  • Capacity to think, articulate, write, and present logically.
