Job Overview
">Drive customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service as a Support Specialist. Ensure seamless order processing, manage quotes efficiently, and provide timely support via phone and email.
Key Responsibilities:- Process customer orders accurately and in accordance with requirements into the Oracle system
- Manage quote creation, tracking, and follow-up for timely closure
- Communicate effectively with customers across Australia and New Zealand
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Supply Chain, and Warehousing/Transportation teams
- Efficiently handle credits and returns
- Adhere to quality standards and report any anomalies
- Proactively engage with customers to maintain open communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a commercial role with high proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent multitasking and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously with minimal supervision
- High integrity and dedication to customer satisfaction
Attributes:

- Previous experience with Oracle Order Management
- Self-motivated with a proactive mindset
