About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Team Lead to join our dynamic team at VetPartners. As a key member of our veterinary team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to our patients and leading our team of veterinarians and support staff.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide Specialist Veterinary Care: You will be responsible for providing specialist veterinary referrals, performing soft tissue surgeries, conducting ultrasounds and laser therapy, and utilizing X-ray and radiology for diagnostics.
  2. Lead the Veterinary Team: As a Veterinary Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading and guiding our team of veterinarians and support staff to ensure the highest level of patient care and customer satisfaction.
  3. Develop and Implement Clinical Programs: You will be responsible for developing and implementing clinical programs to improve patient outcomes and enhance the overall quality of care provided by our team.
  4. Collaborate with Colleagues: You will work closely with our Practice Manager and nursing team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration to achieve our goals.
