The Role

We're seeking a casual Grounds and Maintenance Worker to join our team at Reflections Holidays, North Haven. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for carrying out maintenance and grounds work within the park, ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment for our guests and employees.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Undertaking general grounds maintenance and minor repairs of site facilities as required.
  2. Cleaning guest amenities to the highest standards.
  3. Maintaining gardens and trees to ensure a safe environment for all.
  4. Operating small plant and hand-operated equipment, such as ride-on mowers, brush cutters, and hedge trimmers.
  5. Regularly cleaning and maintaining park vehicles.
  6. Assisting and directing visitors within the park.
  7. Participating in ongoing internal and external training and development courses.
About You

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  1. A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt.
  2. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  3. A 'can-do' attitude with a solutions-focused approach.
  4. The physical ability to perform manual work in all conditions.
  5. Flexibility to work weekends, peak holiday seasons, and public holidays.
  6. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential.
