We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to undertake regular corrective and routine planned preventative maintenance and grounds work to ensure the appearance and condition of our facilities, plant, equipment, and grounds areas are of a quality standard required to provide a pleasant and safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking visual inspections of buildings, plant, and equipment to identify items that require maintenance or repairs, general cleaning/hard surface cleaning - pressure cleaning, clean pathways using a leaf blower, general garden and grounds maintenance, monitoring stock levels of consumables, and responding to maintenance issues in a timely manner.
