About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Marketing, Audience, and Digital Development team as a Senior Audience Growth Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing audience expansion strategies to drive business growth and revenue for The Australian and Prestige portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine audience expansion strategies to maximize consumer revenue and engagement across content, marketing, and product features.
- Utilize data analytics tools to deeply understand audience behavior on The Australian and Prestige digital platforms, driving strategic advantages for both current and future initiatives.
- Provide collaborative and strategic guidance to marketing, product, editorial, and commercial teams, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with colleagues to conduct market research and analysis, monitor competitor activities and industry trends, and identify growth opportunities by staying ahead of emerging trends.
- Develop new propositions and content verticals to drive audience engagement and growth.
Requirements
- Experienced in generating strategic, data-driven recommendations with a proven track record of driving business growth and optimizing performance.
- Skilled in analyzing audience journeys and content effectiveness, using insights to inform product and marketing strategies.
- A strong collaborator with a talent for building effective relationships across teams and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
- An inspiring leader with a can-do, solution-oriented attitude who thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Commercially astute, with excellent analytical skills and the ability to link audience engagement to business outcomes.
- Proficient in Excel (including PivotTables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, etc.), with experience in PowerPoint; familiarity with Tableau, SQL, and Adobe Analytics (or similar platforms) is a plus.
