Cyber Security Lead

We are seeking a Cyber Security Lead to join our team at Coles Group. As a key member of our Cyber Security team, you will play a pivotal role in uplifting our Identity and Access Management services.
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in leading complex projects and building strong relationships with stakeholders.
About the Role- You will be responsible for leading pipeline management for the Identity domain, including front door and initiative estimates, liaising with Identity SMEs and domain leadership;
- Being the point of contact for technology and business stakeholders engaging with the Identity domain for identity and access management services, building positive relationships and delivering key capabilities;
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders between Technology as well as all Coles Group business teams (Supermarkets, Liquor, Corporate etc.;
- Understanding Cyber Security policies and standards, and security requirements across the systems lifecycle for new or changes to existing IAM products and services;
- Supporting digital channels in large, complex organisations; experience working in a digital-first organisation with a strong customer-centric focus;
- You will have proven Portfolio Management skills managing scope, time, cost, quality, risk, stakeholder management;
- Experience with Identity and Access Management technology and solutions such as Azure AD, CyberArk, Microfocus, SailPoint;
- Experience working agile and in a highly complex ambiguous environment;
- Exceptional collaboration, influencing and communication skills. Written communication is clear and effective;
- Tertiary degree relating to Technology, Cyber Security, Project Management, or equivalent, will be desirable.

$140,000 - $180,000 per annum, plus superannuation and other benefits.
