Key Responsibilities- Ensure the provision of high-quality pension administration and consultancy services to clients.
- Participate in strategic business changes and contribute to the development of our pensions administration business.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of client relationships with trustees and corporate clients, providing expert advice and solutions to pensions queries.
- Train and support other team members, sharing knowledge and expertise to drive business growth.
- Take responsibility for all aspects of admin billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Significant experience dealing with Defined Benefit (DB) schemes within the pensions industry.
- Expert knowledge of pension administration activities and legislation.
- Previous supervisory, leadership, and management experience.
- Project management experience.
- Knowledge and experience of MS Office Products such as Excel and Word (or similar).
- Strong organizational skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A completed or progression towards obtaining a relevant pensions qualification.
