About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Merchandise Coordinator to join our fast-paced team. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment and contribute to the growth of a leading fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with the merchandise planning team to develop and implement trading actions, aligning business objectives with financial targets
  • Forecast and maintain category WSSI's, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business plans
  • Owning product categories, create and execute product strategies to drive business growth and profitability
  • Maintain optimal stock levels, minimizing overstocking and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Provide regular summaries of key performance indicators within departments of responsibility and the wider business, relating to sales, stock, profit, versus budget and last year
