About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at Dulux Paints & Coatings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and advice to customers.
  • Offer product solutions and demonstrate product knowledge.
  • Mix and tint paint products, including colour matching.
  • Handle cash transactions and operate EFTPOS.

Requirements
  • Confident communication skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and peers.
  • Physical ability to work with paint and heavy products in store.
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to problem-solve customer issues.
  • Passion for customer service and a can-do attitude.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role.
