Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Meter Reader to join our team in the Mornington Peninsula area. As a Meter Reader, you will be responsible for accurately reading allocated meter routes in a timely and efficient manner, upholding safety standards, and representing Service Stream in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately read and record utility meter readings in a timely and efficient manner
- Uphold Service Stream's safety standards and represent the company in a professional manner
- Meet targets and deadlines
- Work independently and as part of a team
- Regularly communicate with office support team
- Upload and download route information to/from a hand-held device
Requirements
- Current valid driver's license
- Reliable motor vehicle and mobile phone
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Able to undertake regular walking, bending, and squatting
- Able to work in various weather conditions
- Able to work Monday to Friday, 30-38 hours per week
- Flexible and comfortable with daily travel of up to 45 minutes each way
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and good attention to detail
