**Job Description**

We're a leading convenience liquor store in the local community, offering customers a great range of local and imported brands. Our team is passionate about providing excellent customer experiences, and we're looking for someone to join us as a Team Member.

This role involves engaging with customers, answering their queries, and helping them find the perfect beverage. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, using your knowledge and enthusiasm to deliver an outstanding experience.

**Key Responsibilities**
  • Provide exceptional customer service by being enthusiastic, energetic, and proactive.
  • Engage with customers, answer their questions, and help them find what they need.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
**Requirements**

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A commitment to providing excellent customer experiences.
  • The ability to work on your feet for long periods and lift moderate to heavy loads (up to 17kg).
  • A current accredited Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) qualification.
