Job Title: Security Guardian

The primary objective of this role is to guarantee the safety and security of patients, visitors, and staff within a hospital setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Control room operations, including monitoring CCTV systems and responding to alarms
  • Proactive patrols of the hospital campus, encompassing pedestrian and vehicle areas
  • Conflict resolution techniques to manage difficult situations
  • Emergency response and first aid procedures, as required
Requirements
  • Holding a current NSW Security Licence (Class 1A)
  • First Aid Certification
  • Australian C-Class driver's license (including P1/P2)

In addition to these requirements, applicants should possess knowledge of security practices, including conflict resolution, de-escalation, and restraint techniques. Salary packaging and health/fitness benefits are also available.
