We are seeking a skilled Coffee Professional to join our team. As a Coffee Professional, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and beverages while providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Prepare and serve coffee and beverages according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all beverages are made with high quality and consistency.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer needs and inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the coffee machine and other equipment safely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness of the workplace, including countertops, equipment, and utensils, in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Assist with stock management, including receiving and organizing supplies.
- Follow cash handling procedures and assist with payment processing.
- Help with restocking and organizing ingredients and supplies as needed.
- Work collaboratively with other staff to maintain a smooth operation
- Ensure a positive experience for all customers.

**Required Skills & Qualifications:**

- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in food and beverage service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude with a customer-first mentality.
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic transactions (if required).
- Good time management skills and ability to multitask.
- Flexibility with working hours for weekends and holidays, as needed.
