The successful applicant will oversee and execute tyre fitting, maintenance, and repair tasks for commercial vehicles, including trucks, buses, and heavy machinery.

• Execute complex tyre installations and repairs with precision, upholding the highest quality and safety standards.
• Mentor junior technicians and trainees; provide training and troubleshooting support.
• Oversee maintenance and operation of tyre fitting, balancing, and related equipment; calibrate tools regularly.
• Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to standards; ensure compliance with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and legal requirements.
• Advise customers on tyre care, maintenance, and selection; address concerns professionally and effectively.
• Monitor tyre and equipment inventory; assist with ordering and procurement.
• Prepare invoices; maintain accurate service records for invoicing and accountability.
• Enforce safety protocols; lead safety training and coordinate daily tasks and workflows; conduct performance reviews.
