ANL Tyres is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tyre Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Tyre Technician, you will oversee and execute tyre fitting, maintenance, and repair tasks for commercial vehicles, including trucks, buses, and heavy machinery. This role suits a seasoned professional with a background in mobile commercial tyre services and a drive to deliver high-quality service while upholding standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Senior Tyre Installation and Repair—Execute complex tyre installations and repairs with precision, upholding the highest quality and safety standards.
2. Technical Guidance and Training—Mentor junior technicians and trainees; provide training and troubleshooting support.
3. Maintain Equipment—Oversee maintenance and operation of tyre fitting, balancing, and related equipment; calibrate tools regularly.
4. Quality Control and Compliance—Inspect completed work to ensure adherence to standards; ensure compliance with industry standards, manufacturer guidelines, and legal requirements.
5. Customer Service—Advise customers on tyre care, maintenance, and selection; address concerns professionally and effectively.
6. Inventory Management—Monitor tyre and equipment inventory; assist with ordering and procurement.
7. Invoicing and Documentation—Prepare invoices; maintain accurate service records for invoicing and accountability.
8. Safety and Training—Enforce safety protocols; lead safety training and coordinate daily tasks and workflows; conduct performance reviews.

Skills and Qualifications

• Technical Expertise: Extensive experience in tyre fitting, balancing, and repair for commercial vehicles, especially in mobile settings.

Education and Experience

• Certifications: Relevant tyre fitting and automotive repair certifications are advantageous.

Additional Requirements

• Driver's License: Valid driving license required for mobile tyre fitting roles.
• SafeWork/Forklift License: Desirable or willingness to obtain.
• Safety Training: Understanding of safety procedures in a mobile commercial environment.

Staff Bonding Events

ANL Tyres holds quarterly staff bonding events on one Sunday every quarter. Attendance is encouraged but not mandatory. Activities may include hiking, mountain biking, local charity work, meditation/yoga/pilates, paintball, and canoeing to strengthen team spirit and camaraderie.
