Lead Bid Manager for Naval Combat Systems

We are seeking an experienced Bid Manager to lead complex bid responses across key maritime defence programs.

  • Develop and manage bid plans, including estimating and managing bid resources.

  • Ensure compliance with tender requirements and governance frameworks.
  • Produce high-quality bid documentation, incorporating technical, commercial, and cost inputs.

You will be responsible for delivering compliant, competitive, and high-quality bids on time, maximising the ability to secure naval combat system programs.

  • Manage end-to-end delivery of defence tender responses in accordance with the Win Business Process.
  • Deliver compliant, competitive, and high-quality bids on time and within budget.
