Job Overview

This is a senior property management role perfect for someone who thrives in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

The ideal candidate will have passion for delivering outstanding property and tenant outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of industrial properties.
  • Coordinate tenant onboarding, lease renewals, rent reviews, and make good processes.
  • Manage rent rolls, arrears, outgoings budgets, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly reports including financial performance, arrears, vacancy, and maintenance updates.
  • Contribute to asset strategy and planning discussions.
Key Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification relevant to the industry.
  • Minimum 5+ years of commercial/industrial property management experience.
  • Proven lease management and budgeting skills.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder, and conflict resolution abilities.
