We are seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Alpine Crew Members at Mt Buller's premier trampoline, airbag challenge and climbing facility.

This is an exciting opportunity for those who enjoy working with diverse groups of people, including kids, adults, elite athletes and the general public. Our alpine freestyle playground offers a unique environment for skill-building, workouts or simply enjoying playtime.

About the Role

Crew members will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, assisting guests of all ages and skill levels in having an awesome time. This may include setup and teardown, guest greeting, transactions and providing excellent hosting services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setup and teardown of equipment
  • Greeting and assisting guests
  • Processing transactions
  • Providing exceptional customer service

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to hold a First Aid Certificate and a Working with Children Check. Operating hours are between 3pm and 7pm, making this a great opportunity for individuals seeking to supplement their winter day job.
