Infrastructure Project Delivery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Infrastructure Project Delivery Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a major road infrastructure upgrade project in North Western Sydney, with scope to extend based on performance and project needs.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting night shift delivery of civil works including road widening, services relocations, drainage and pavement works
  • Coordinating subcontractors and overseeing nightly progress against program
  • Managing and updating ITPs, QA documentation and site diaries
  • Ensuring compliance with safety and environmental requirements during night works
  • Attending prestart and handover meetings and ensuring clear communication between day and night crews

Ideal Candidate:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Previous experience on road or civil infrastructure projects essential
  • Proven experience working night shifts preferred
  • Ability to work autonomously and maintain high standards under minimal supervision
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
