Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our fulfilment team. As a DC Team Lead, you will be responsible for inspiring the team to deliver efficient workflows, smashing picking and volume KPIs, and creating a world-class experience for our community.

The role is a full-time position, working 5 days/week across Monday - Friday. You will lead and provide guidance, coaching, and support to the team, ensuring their success and professional growth.

You will manage the allocation of tasks to team members, ensuring all operational activities are executed efficiently and accurately. This includes monitoring and maintaining inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation processes.

Collaboration with other departments is crucial to coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfilment. Safety protocols must be enforced, and a culture of safety awareness promoted among team members.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Experience in leadership and management, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
  • Experience in inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
  • Confident communication and interaction with multiple teams across the business.
