Key Role Overview

This challenging and highly rewarding role seeks an experienced events professional to lead the planning, production, logistics, and operational delivery of major live events.

As a senior events operations manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive bump-in/out schedules, managing contractors, overseeing budgets, and liaising with clients to ensure seamless execution.

  • Oversee all event operations - from detailed bump-in/out schedules to contractor management.
  • Ensure successful project delivery on time, safely, and within allocated resources.
  • Act as key client contact, building trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Lead logistics, suppliers, and on-site crews to deliver large-scale activations.
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven experience in event operations or production management.
  • Strong budget and contractor management skills.
  • Calm leadership under pressure with ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A problem-solver and clear communicator exceling in fast-paced environments.

Flexibility outside of business hours and on weekends is required due to the nature of this role. You must also be comfortable standing for extended periods at events.
