Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Germany. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our key customers, identifying opportunities for growth and improving operational efficiency. Your expertise in account management, combined with your knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, will enable you to drive business results and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow customer accounts and improve profitability
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Analyze customer data to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of customer orders and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Conduct regular reviews with customers to assess performance and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record of success in account management or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain operations, including warehouse management systems and transportation management systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
