About the Role

Marsh is seeking a highly skilled Senior Insurance Due Diligence Advisor to drive our Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions (PEMA) business forward. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading insurance due diligence engagements for private equity, corporate, and financial institution clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough insurance due diligence for clients, identifying potential risks and opportunities
  • Develop and implement effective insurance strategies to mitigate risks and optimize returns
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality services to clients
  • Mentor and coach junior staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in insurance and risk management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in insurance broking, account management, or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of insurance products, risk management, and due diligence processes
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
