Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team at Remote Staff. This role involves creating and posting engaging content, managing marketing campaigns, processing purchase orders online, and handling various adhoc tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Content Creation: Develop, create, and manage engaging content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok).
  • Campaign Management: Schedule and publish posts, ensuring content is consistent with the company's brand voice and guidelines.
  • Audience Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interactions and feedback in a timely manner.
  • Campaign Analysis: Design and implement social media marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Purchase Order Processing: Handle the processing of online purchase orders efficiently and accurately, and coordinate with the factory and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
  • Administrative Tasks: Assist with various other tasks and admin duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing or any relevant experience in social media marketing or related field.
  • Language Skills: Basic knowledge of Chinese (speaking, reading, writing) is preferred.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Creative Thinking: Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
